When the Fish Don't Eat Dries, Throw Streamers
Tim and I got out to float while Curtis and Lance explored some other small stream options. It was as interesting night because we thought we would be fishing hoppers and caddis, but the most consistent fly was an olive streamer until it got dark. Once it got darker the caddis really started to pop, and the corn fed caddis was the absolute ticket. We probably caught more fish in the last 30 minutes of the trip than the rest of the trip combined! Check out the Corn Fed Caddis, and Thread Frenchie! They are must haves for summer fishing.
